General conditions of sale
1. Introduction
These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the sale of products through the website MY LITTLE TRAVEL accessible at the following address: www.mylittletravel.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not place an order.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible on the Site. However, the characteristics and photos of the products are provided for information purposes only and may vary slightly depending on stocks and manufacturing conditions.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products and will be added to the total amount of the order. 4. Order
To place an order, you must follow the online ordering process on the Site. You will have the opportunity to check the details of your order before confirming. Any order validated by the customer constitutes a sales contract between the customer and MY LITTLE TRAVEL .

6. Delivery
Delivery areas: We deliver exclusively to the geographic areas specified on the Site.
Delivery times: Delivery times indicated are approximate and may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. MY LITTLE TRAVEL strives to meet delivery times, but cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products and the delivery area. The amount of the costs will be indicated before the order is validated.
7. Withdrawal and Return
Withdrawal period: In accordance with current legislation, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Return terms: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return the product by e-mail to (your contact e-mail address) or by post to (full address of your head office). You must then return the product in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part.
Refund : We will refund the amount of your order, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.
8. Warranty and Liability
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
