Returns & Refunds

1. Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on MY LITTLE TRAVEL . If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the products under the conditions described in this returns and refunds policy.


2. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to return the products. After this period, we will only be able to accept returns under certain conditions, at our discretion.


3. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product Status: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, undamaged, and complete (including labels, accessories, instructions, etc.).
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) with the returned products.
  • Exclusions: Customized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

4. Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization with instructions on how to return the products. Please note that unauthorized returns will be refused.
  3. Return of Products: Carefully package the products to be returned and send them to the address indicated in the return authorization. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Refunds

Refund Period: Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process your refund request within 14 days. The refund will be made to the payment method used for purchase.

Reimbursement Amount: We will refund you the full amount of the returned products, including the initial delivery costs, unless you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the one offered by default (for example, express delivery). The return costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Defective or Non-Compliant Products: If the product received is defective or not as described, we will also refund the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately to arrange return and obtain further instructions.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchange service. If you wish to obtain a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
